The calculator uses GOV.UK residential SDLT thresholds and rates from 1 April 2025. Always verify before exchange because tax rules can change.

Does this cover Scotland or Wales?

No. Scotland uses Land and Buildings Transaction Tax and Wales uses Land Transaction Tax.
