Digital product
MyPropertyScan provides digital property reports that are generated and delivered instantly on purchase. Because the report is delivered immediately as a digital product, payments are generally non-refundable once the report has been generated or delivered to you.
When a refund may be considered
We will consider a refund in the following circumstances:
- •Duplicate payment. You were charged more than once for the same report.
- •Technical failure. A technical problem on our side prevented you from accessing the paid report entirely after payment was taken.
- •Required by law. Applicable law requires us to provide a refund in your circumstances.
Refunds are not available simply because a property scored poorly, because data for a particular check was unavailable, or because you changed your mind after the report was generated. We are transparent about data availability before purchase, the preview shows which checks returned data before you pay.
How to request a refund
To request a refund, email hello@mypropertyscan.com with your order details (the address you scanned and the date of purchase). We aim to respond within a few business days.
