No. It is an estimate. Ask firms for a full quote including VAT, searches, bank transfer fees and leasehold supplements.
Why does leasehold cost more?
The conveyancer usually has to review the lease, service charges, ground rent, management pack, building insurance and major works history.
What should I send my conveyancer?
